Privacy
Last updated 1 August 2026. This describes exactly what the Heru Heals website and the Paut Neteru Reading App at readings.heruheals.com collect, why, and who else touches it. It describes what the software actually does, not what a template says it might.
What is collected
Your email address. Needed to sign you in. There is no password. You either receive a sign-in link by email, or you sign in with Google.
If you sign in with Google: your email address, and the name and profile image on your Google account. Only the email is used. Nothing is posted to your Google account and no other Google data is requested.
What you write in a reading. The title, the question asked, the cards and hexagrams drawn, keynotes, summaries, meditation scenarios, recommendations, declarations, and any reflections you add afterward. This is the substance of the app and it is stored so you can return to it.
A record of delivery. When a reading is emailed as a PDF, the date and the recipient address are recorded, so there is an accurate account of what was sent where.
If a reading is done for you in a session: Heru Heals may keep a client record holding your name, an email address if you provide one, and practice notes.
What is not collected
There is no analytics on this website or in the app. No tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no third-party scripts watching what you do. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for marketing. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.
Who your readings are visible to
A reading you create is visible only to the account that created it. That includes readings being private from Heru Heals: the practitioner cannot open a reading you made for yourself.
The exception is a reading Heru Heals performs for you as a client. That reading is created by the practitioner and belongs to the practice, which is what allows it to be prepared, delivered, and referred back to in later sessions.
Who else handles it
Running this software means a few companies necessarily process your data. They are:
Neon hosts the database where accounts and readings are stored, in the United States. Vercel hosts and serves the website and the app. Resend sends sign-in links and any reading you choose to email. Google is involved only if you choose Google sign-in, and only to confirm you control that email address.
Each holds your data to provide that service and nothing else.
How long it is kept
Your account and readings are kept until you ask for them to be removed. There is no automatic deletion, because a reading is a record you may want years later.
What you can ask for
Email heru@heruheals.com to request a copy of everything held about you, correction of anything wrong, or deletion of your account and readings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Early testing
The Paut Neteru Reading App is in early testing. It is built and maintained by one person, and it may change, break, or be taken offline. Keep your own copy of anything you would be unhappy to lose. You can download any completed reading as a PDF at any time.
Children
This is not intended for anyone under 18, and accounts should not be created for them.
Changes
If this changes in a way that affects what is collected or who handles it, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account is told by email.
