Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026. These cover the Heru Heals website and the Paut Neteru Reading App at readings.heruheals.com. Using either means accepting them.
What this is, and what it is not
The Paut Neteru Reading App is a personal reflection tool for recording Metu Neter and I Ching oracle readings. It is a place to write down and return to your own practice.
It does not provide counseling, therapy, medical advice, or professional guidance, and it is not a substitute for a personal counseling session or for care from a qualified practitioner. Nothing it produces should be used to make a medical, legal, or financial decision. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Your account
An account is for one person. Keep access to your email secure, because whoever can read your email can sign in as you. Tell us at heru@heruheals.com if you believe someone else has reached your account.
What you write stays yours
The readings and reflections you create are yours. Storing them requires holding and displaying them back to you, and that is the only permission taken. Your readings are not used for marketing, not published, and not used to train anything.
Reasonable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload anything you have no right to, or to try to reach another person’s account or readings. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or work around its security. Automated scraping and bulk account creation are not permitted.
Availability
This is early software, built and maintained by one person. It may change, be unavailable, lose features, or contain errors. It is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything you would be unhappy to lose; any completed reading can be downloaded as a PDF.
Ending it
You may stop at any time and ask for your account and readings to be deleted by emailing heru@heruheals.com. Access may be suspended or removed for anyone who breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Lineage and sources
The oracle content in the app draws on the work of Ra Un Nefer Amen, and is credited in the app wherever it appears. It is offered for personal reflection and study. It remains the intellectual work of its authors and is not licensed for republication.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Heru Heals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or the app, including lost data or decisions made in reliance on a reading.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Changes
If these change materially, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account is told by email.
